I'm Soph.
In 2024, I became a mum to a wonderful whirlwind little boy, and it completely changed my perspective on work and life.
I have always been people-focused, with over eight years’ experience in management. I consistently went the extra mile to support my teams and help my site to grow and succeed. However, after my son arrived, my priorities shifted. I found myself torn between work and home — when I was working, I was thinking about my son, and when I was at home, I was thinking about work.
This led me to start my own business, giving me the flexibility to manage my time while continuing to do what I love. I work independently, allowing me to focus fully on each project and client. I’ve always been passionate about helping people, and I truly believe that a good manager — and designer — is someone who supports others in becoming the best version of themselves in their careers.
Alongside this, I have a strong passion for design. Our home has become my creative canvas, and I’m always planning the next project (even when the current one isn’t quite finished!). A friend suggested that web design would be the perfect way to combine my love of people and creativity — and she was right.
I have recently trained as a web designer, with the goal of creating and managing websites for local businesses to help them grow and thrive online. I’m proud to collaborate with other small businesses, promoting their websites through my own platform so we can grow together.
